You can be upgraded on EE 45 days from your contract end date. If you are unsure of whether or not you are eligible for an upgrade, please call us on 0203 869 4252 and we can assist by talking you through your options.


We can only upgrade an account if we are speaking to the account holder. If you are not the account holder we must have authorisation from them to access the account on their behalf and authorise the upgrade.
